1. Lead analytics projects by providing professional data science solutions to support business strategy, new products, operations performance, user growth etc.
2.Good product sense, actively summarize data analysis methodologies and empower the team through productization
3.Design and develop appropriate machine learning models to solve critical and complex business problems for different business scenarios
4.Use English as the working language to communicate with partners from various countries to help overseas business development
What We Look For In You:
1. At least Bachelor degree, preferably in Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines
2. Proficient skills with analytical and BI tools, e.g. SQL, Hive, Tableau etc.
3. A solid sense of responsibility, self-motivated, passionate about the advancement of the whole team, results-driven, outstanding communication skills and influencing skills, able to collaborate cross diverse functions and working under pressure
4. Familiar with R/Python, experience with common machine learning algorithms is a plus
5. 8 years or above of relevant experience with excellent English written and verbal communication skills，and at least 2 years of experience in team management
